To transport, serve, and store large quantities of food, we offer containers and trays in various sizes in our assortment. The trays and lids are made of stainless steel or polycarbonate. Containers and trays are easy to clean and durable, making them ideal for daily use in commercial kitchens without issues of wear and tear. They can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water, disinfectants, or kitchen cleaning products.

Containers: Help maintain the temperature of everything from soups and sauces to stews and casseroles and can also be used for storing cold food. They are especially useful at buffets and catering events to keep the temperature under control.

Usage:

  • Heating: Before placing food in the container, ensure it is thoroughly heated to retain warmth. Keep the containers closed and open them as infrequently as possible for both temperature and hygiene reasons.

  • Safe Temperature: Maintain over 60 degrees for hot food to prevent bacterial growth, and under 4 degrees for cold food to ensure food safety.

  • Sealing: Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transport and regularly check gaskets and seals to ensure they are in good condition.

  • Protective Gloves: Containers can become hot, so use protective gloves to avoid burns.

Trays: Primarily used for baking, grilling, and frying. They are useful for large quantities of food and suitable for meat and vegetables. They are also convenient for baking. Trays are easy to fill and transport, and convenient for guests to serve themselves.

Usage:

  • Greasing: Properly grease the trays or cover them with baking paper to prevent food from sticking.

  • Protective Gloves: Trays can become hot, so use spatulas or tongs when handling food to avoid burns.
