Purchase and Delivery Terms

Here you can read about the terms regarding shipping, payment, prices, exchanges, returns, and more. These terms apply between the customer and Kruff AB unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery Terms: The normal delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days for items in stock. If the order is placed during the peak season, it may take longer. If you place your order before 12:00, and the item is in stock, we will send it the same day.

We use DHL for shipments, and packages for private individuals are sent to parcel agents. This also applies to businesses that provide a residential/home address. Smaller packages are sent directly to home mailboxes with PostNord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately report it to the shipping company and file a damage report. Do not accept a damaged package! If you only notice the damage after opening the package, and the damage can be attributed to the transport company's handling, contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the transport company cannot be resolved, contact us via email at [email protected], always providing your customer number, name, address, and phone number for any inquiries.

If you have ordered but do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (approximately 14 days for packages, 10 days for letters), we will invoice you 350 SEK for our work in handling the goods.

The shipping cost for an order is charged based on the actual weight or if the package is bulky. This is automatically calculated on the website, and the shipping cost is presented at the checkout.

Right of Withdrawal/Complaints: We follow the law on distance agreements according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency (does not apply to businesses). According to the Distance Agreements Act, you have the right to return ordered flawless, unassembled items in their original packaging. Notice of this should be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item (does not apply to custom-order items or specially ordered or customized products).

There is always a one-year warranty on the products you purchase. If a manufacturing defect is proven, you will always receive new parts. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear. Installation must always be done and documented by an authorized technician.

You pay for the return shipping, always include a completed return form.

For a refund, provide your postal giro, bank giro, personal account, or bank account number.

The total liability for any type of damage is always limited to the purchase price paid for the item(s). In addition to this, the customer is not entitled to any additional compensation. The customer's potential damage of any kind vis-a-vis third parties is not compensated.

 

Personal Data Act: Your personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL).

Kruff AB is the data controller for the processing of personal data carried out to manage your order and deliver the ordered material. Kruff AB processes your personal data exclusively for these purposes.

Dispute: Each party in these Purchase Terms shall be exempt from damages and other consequences if the fulfillment of the Purchase Terms is hindered or made more difficult by circumstances beyond the party's control (force majeure), such as war, government intervention, burglary, seizure, restrictions, labor disputes, accidents, unfavorable transport or weather conditions, lack of permits, restrictions in energy supply, or missing deliveries from subcontractors that the party could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of ordering and whose consequences the party could not have avoided or overcome.

Any disputes are primarily resolved in discussions with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints and also refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
