Rational 40.07.493P is a pulse sensor/encoder used in Rational iVario and Combi oven systems to control selections and functions via the knob.
It replaces older models and is compatible with several Rational series.
Used in the iVario LMX series, e.g. . iVP‑LMX.100AE and iVP‑LMX.100BE.
Also available as a replacement part in several Rational Combi ovens (SCC series).
