Switches

Rotary Switches: These have a rotatable knob to open or close an electrical circuit and are often used for lighting control, ventilation control, and heating.

Rocker Switches: These have two positions to turn a function on or off. They control the power supply and are used in many electrical appliances in commercial kitchens. They can have one to three poles, and it is important to choose the right switch based on the application, power capacity, IP rating, and temperature limitations.

Cam Switches: These have a rotating cam that controls the electrical circuits. The number of positions and poles varies depending on how many circuits or electrical components need to be controlled. In kitchens, they are typically used to control stoves, ovens, and deep fryers, but can also be used for other appliances. They are excellent for adjusting equipment temperatures.
