Meet Hans Granholm
Who are you and what do you do at Kruff?
I joined Kruff in the spring of 2020. My background includes a purchasing role at a Swedish company operating across the Nordic region, which has given me valuable insight into how different companies work both structurally and operationally.
How did you end up in the industry?
Kristoffer and I had been good friends for a long time – our children are the same age. When the opportunity to join Kruff came up, the decision wasn’t particularly difficult. I’ve always had a strong interest in technology and great trust in Kristoffer.
What drives you in your work?
The opportunity for development and the freedom to shape my own time. I also appreciate that the industry is technical and solution-oriented – it suits me very well.
What are you most proud of in the journey with Kruff?
That we have reached where we are today by constantly looking ahead. We rarely stop to look back, but instead focus on the next step and how we can continue to develop.
How would you describe your relationship with customers?
For me, customer relationships are about mutual understanding. Sometimes a customer wants to have a coffee and talk, and sometimes they need to solve a problem quickly under pressure. Both situations are equally important – it’s about being attentive.
What drives you outside of work?
Family, training and good food.
How do you recharge when things get busy?
A good night’s sleep and a really solid workout.
