Manual extruder - expander for soft copper pipes used in refrigeration and air conditioning that meets the requirements of EN 12 735-1.
Stored in a durable metal case, it includes a set of pipe inserts with 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1-1/8" diameters and a grading tool.
This tool reduces the number of solder joints by half when we have to connect two parts of the refrigeration or air conditioning system and also when we do not have access to suitable copper fittings.
Be sure to heat the pipe end before starting the extrusion with a gas torch or soldering iron. This ensures correct operation and the correct shape of the sleeve and protects against possible cracking of the pipe walls when it is not soft enough.
